Hemorrhoids are a very  painful indisposition, that  up to fifty percent of people sometimes suffer during their lives. It is true that once you find yourself suffering from hemorrhoids that you are more  likely to suffer the problem again in the future. In order to prevent the risk of suffering again, the best course of action is to try finding out what causes hemorrhoids in the first place.

Basically, hemorrhoids first occur when there is too much pressure on the vein that soon leads to pelvis and rectum. The pressure makes the vein become swollen and inflamed, which form then hemorrhoids internally or externally.

The very first thing you are probably going to ask yourself would be ‘What causes hemorrhoids?”

If you do not strive for better digestive health, then it will last forever.  Oftentimes, one of the main causes of this pressure is a poor diet that can cause too much diarrhea or constipation. This in turn results in pressure being placed upon the veins in the rectal area that lead to hemorrhoids.  Thus once either of these conditions occurs, it is better to treat it as fast as possible. Make sure you get a proper amount of fiber in your diet, so you don’t have to force a bowel movement.

Some other common conditions that can lead to hemorrhoids when sufferer does not exercise enough or sits a lot. This is because exercise is a major factor in proper digestion and regular bowel evacuation. If you sit a lot or is required to sit because of a job can supplies blockage in the rectum area and leads it in sequence to the problem without even know it. So to avoid this situation it would be good to make sure you make time to move around periodically throughout the day to keep blood flowing.

Other reasons that causes hemorrhoids would be because of pregnancy and labor, stressful lives, too much eating spicy food, smoking, and genetic. It’s important to know the main cause of hemorrhoids in order to treat them.
